HOW IT WORKS
The SAFErgy Certification involves changing and adapting certain aspects of the meal preparation process for each restaurant listed. In doing so, SAFErgy creates the first standardized process for handling food allergies.
When you open the app, you will see an array of restaurants that are listed by YOUR relevancy (location, dietary preferences, etc.) so that you can find the best spots easily!
But why does standardization matter? Because when there is no standard to hold restaurants to, there is no shared expectation of success, and therefore, inherent uncertainty and lack of caution. By creating ONE cohesive process for ALL restaurants, dining out with food allergies is a breeze.
